CO2 Laser Resurfacing

Our CO2 Laser System is a versatile, advanced solution designed to improve overall skin quality and restore a smoother, more youthful appearance. This treatment addresses a wide range of concerns, including skin laxity, crepiness, uneven texture, sun damage, pigmentation, fine lines, deeper wrinkles, benign pigmented lesions (AK/SK), scars, and stretch marks.
This treatment is best suited for Fitzpatrick skin types I–III.

Using a precision Micro-Thermal Zone Scanner, treatments are fully customizable—from a light microlaser peel for subtle skin refreshment to deeper resurfacing for more dramatic rejuvenation.

Our system also features SwiftScan Technology, a fully automated, FDA-cleared handpiece that ensures consistent energy delivery, enhanced precision, and improved patient comfort throughout the treatment.

What Does CO2 Laser Treat?

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Skin laxity and crepiness
  • Sun damage and pigmentation
  • Uneven skin texture
  • Acne scars and surgical scars
  • Stretch marks
  • Benign lesions (AK/SK)

What to Expect

CO2 laser resurfacing works by creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin, stimulating collagen production and cellular turnover. Treatment times vary depending on the area treated and the intensity of the procedure. A topical numbing agent is typically applied beforehand to ensure comfort.

Downtime & Recovery

  • Downtime depends on the depth of the treatment:
  • Light treatments (microlaser peel): 2–4 days of redness and mild peeling
  • Moderate treatments: 5–7 days of redness, swelling, and peeling
  • Deep resurfacing: 7–10+ days of recovery with more noticeable peeling and redness

Patients can expect continued improvement in skin texture and tone over several weeks as collagen rebuilds.

Ideal Candidate

  • You may be a good candidate for CO2 laser resurfacing if you:
  • Want to improve skin texture, tone, or firmness
  • Have sun damage, wrinkles, or acne scars
  • Are in good overall health
  • Have Fitzpatrick skin type I–III

A consultation is required to determine the appropriate treatment level for your goals.
